Solution & Process – A Heavy Duty Commercial Door Upgrade
To tackle the project, we followed a structured and efficient approach:
- First, we removed the old roller door safely and took care of disposing it.
- Then we installed a Durable, Insulated Roller Door made from Colorbond steel. It helps with both energy efficiency and cutting down the noise.
- We added a strong, automated motor with remote control, so staff can now open and close the door easily without stepping out of their vehicles.
- For added safety, we built in an auto-locking system and added weather seals along the edges to keep out wind, dust, and water.
- Once it was all set up, we ran a full test and made some fine adjustments to get everything running at the right speed, balance, and safety level.
